This client helps businesses in the financial services industries make innovative use of technology by combining newly matured technologies with established standards. Our plan was to make this company’s wealth of technical knowledge and experience known to a wider audience among financial service providers.

The challenge

With a very ad hoc approach to marketing, no planning or measurement of this client’s activity was in place. The existing website was static and failed to project the company’s customer service while search engine optimisation was hampered by broken links.

The solution

Quantum Union reviewed the websites of this client’s competitors and identified key USPs. We then created a new site with fully researched keywords and a customer feedback facility. The new site also incorporated tools for analysing visitor behaviour. To complement the new online presence, we also initiated a programme of participation in user forums.

The outcome

The new online activity:

  • raised enquiries by 97% upon launch
  • increased website visits by 98.3%
  • continues to achieve an average of 76% of new visits each month through ongoing campaigns.

This client writes and self-publishes books for dyslexic children. The childrens' books market is very competitive, particularly for writers not backed by a major publisher. Consequently, this client needed professional marketing assistance to develop awareness, sales channels and revenue streams for its publications.
